Ex: Organically grown tomatoes can have much higher levels of quercetin (up to 79 percent higher) than conventionally tomatoes and (up to 97 percent )higher levels of Kaempferol, both flavonoids that have been linked to protect against cancer, cardiovascular disease and other age-related illnesses.
